1. Students who are not currently enrolled at Kings Peak High School.

• Students who are not currently enrolled as Kings Peak High School, full-time student, will need to complete the form below to request courses for the 2026-2027 school year.
• Students currently enrolled in grades 9-12 in a school in the Jordan District may select up to 3 courses they would like to take at KPHS while remaining enrolled at another JSD school.
• Students who are not currently enrolled in a school in Jordan School District will need to fill out the form below to enroll full-time at Kings Peak High School.
• Part-time enrollment is only available to students currently enrolled in a school in Jordan School District.
• Students who previously took some of their courses at KPHS, but remained enrolled at their boundary school, will need to complete the form below for the upcoming school year.
• Students who would like to withdraw from their current school and enroll full-time at Kings Peak High School for the 2026-2027 school year will need to complete the form below.

Once the form has been submitted, counselors will work with parents and students to process requests and complete the registration process.

2. Students already enrolled as Kings Peak High School Student

• Students currently enrolled full-time at Kings Peak High School should not complete the form.
• The video below provides detailed instructions for students on how to request courses in Skyward.
• Written instructions can be found by going on the Online Course Request Written Instructions Document.
• Students who are already enrolled full-time at Kings Peak High School will select their courses directly in Skyward.
