1. Students already enrolled at Kings Peak High School

• Students who are already enrolled full-time at Kings Peak High School will select their courses directly in Skyward.
• Students currently enrolled full-time at Kings Peak High School should not complete the form below.
• The video below provides detailed instructions for students on how to request courses in Skyward.
• Written instructions can be found by going on the Online Course Request Written Instructions Document.

2. Students who are not currently enrolled at Kings Peak High School.

• Students who are not currently enrolled at Kings Peak High School will need to complete the form below to request courses for the 2024-2025 school year.
• Students currently enrolled in grades 9-12 in a school in the district may select up to 3 courses they would like to take at KPHS while remaining enrolled at another JSD school.
• Students who are not currently enrolled in a school in Jordan School District will need to fill out the form below to enroll full-time at Kings Peak High School. Part-time enrollment is only available to students currently enrolled in a school in Jordan School District.
• Students who previously took some of their courses at KPHS, but remained enrolled at their boundary school, will need to complete the form below.
• Students who would like to withdraw from their current school and enroll full-time at Kings Peak High School for the 2024-2025 school year will need to complete the form below.
