Certificate of Completion
The Utah General Education Certificate of Completion is a credential designed for high school students, allowing them to complete all lower-division general education requirements through a combination of Concurrent Enrollment (CE) and Advanced Placement (AP) courses. It transfers seamlessly to all public colleges/universities in Utah, saving significant time and tuition costs.
While there is some flexibility, the course of study listed on this page, if completed successfully would qualify a student for a General Education Certificate of completion. In addition to these courses, students will need to take courses necessary to meet all other requirements for a high school diploma.
If you have any questions about which courses you need to take to qualify, schedule a meeting with your school counselor.
